Join us for a special community sauna at Lamoine State Park. Take in the sweeping views of Mount Desert Island and Frenchman Bay between rounds and bask in the simple rhythm of heat, sea air, and sky.
Community sauna provides an opportunity to join others in a shared sauna experience. You can either book the entire sauna (for you and 5 of your friends) or book a single seat on the bench. With the single seat option, you will sauna with fellow community members and make new friends! A Selkie Hostess will take care of all the details for you.
At Lamoine State Park, your cold plunge will be the ocean. The entrance to the water is sandy/rocky on the bottom. Water shoes, booties, sandals, or Crocs are a welcomed choice.
