As the light turns golden and the air carries the first hints of autumn, move between the cold of Long Pond and the steady heat, slowing your breath and settling into the changing season.
Community sauna allows you to join others (a maximum of 6) in a shared sauna experience. By booking this spot, you are reserving one seat on the bench. You will sauna with fellow community members and make new friends! A Selkie Hostess will take care of all the details for you. The Raven will be the sauna on site.
At Long Pond your cold plunge will be the lake. The entrance to the water is sandy/rocky on the bottom. Water shoes, booties, sandals, or Crocs are a welcomed choice.
